A place to stay
Our rooms, suites and apartments are not interchangeable hotel rooms. Each has its own historic layout and atmosphere, yet feels familiar. Good beds, careful craftsmanship and a quiet Viennese residential character make them places where you sleep well, wake up well and enjoy spending time during the day.
Good to know
The Roosevelt is deliberately quiet and personal. Instead of a hotel lobby and round the clock service, we focus on privacy, thoughtful amenities and attentive service when needed. Mineral water, Nespresso coffee, selected teas, WiFi, books and magazines are available to our guests free of charge.
We are happy to clean or refresh your room on request. Simply let us know at check in or send us a message. We are always available for recommendations, personal requests or anything else you may need.
Things we don't have at the Roosevelt Townhouse
We do not have a 24 hour reception, room service or breakfast. Instead, you will find peace, privacy and a house that feels more like a private Viennese townhouse than a traditional hotel.
We also choose not to provide automatic daily housekeeping, as many of our guests value an undisturbed stay. If you would like your room refreshed or cleaned, we are of course happy to do so at any time and at no extra charge. Simply let us know at check in, by message or by phone.
