TERMS AND CONDITIONS

reservation

The room or suite is only reserved for you after we have confirmed your booking request in writing (by email).   The amount of your booking will be debited from the credit card you provided up to 7 days before your stay.

Room preparation

The booked room or suite will be available to the guest from 3 pm on the agreed arrival day. Key handover will take place at the agreed check-in time.

Check-in is always possible between 3 pm and 7 pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, we will need to arrange a time for key handover. Please understand that check-in after 7 pm will incur an additional charge.   On the agreed departure day, we kindly ask the guest to vacate the room or suite by 11 a.m.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.

A one-time cancellation fee of 50 percent will be charged for cancellations made between 7 days and 1 day before arrival.

A one-time cancellation fee of 100 percent of the total price will be charged if the cancellation is made 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show.

Deposit

A security deposit is required for stays of four weeks or longer.

The deposit will be used to repair any damage caused by the guest.

The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the room or suite and the length of stay and is agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
