Reservation
The room or suite is reserved for you only after our written confirmation (by e-mail) of your booking request. The amount of your booking will be charged to the credit card you provided up to 7 days before your stay.

Room Provision
The booked room or suite is available to the guest from 3 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival. The room keys will be provided at the time of the agreed check-in.

On the agreed day of departure, we request the guest to vacate the room or suite by 11 am.

Cancellation Conditions
You can cancel without charge up to 8 days before arrival.

Between 7 days and 1 day before arrival, a one-time cancellation fee of 50 percent is due.

24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the total price is due.

Deposit

For stays of two weeks or more, a deposit will be charged.

The deposit will be used to repair any damage caused by the guest.

The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the flat and the length of stay and will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
