It is for guests who value generous spaces, quality, privacy and personal service.Our guests stay in spacious rooms, suites and apartments that combine the comfort of a hotel with the atmosphere of a private Viennese residence. The house is personally run, with only a small number of rooms and apartments, a quiet atmosphere and discreet service.There is no 24 hour reception or public restaurant, but our team is personally available in the house and happy to assist with recommendations, reservations and local advice. We do not serve breakfast. Instead, we recommend a selection of Viennese cafés nearby.In our self service lounge, Nespresso coffee, Austrian tea, water, and selected Austrian wines and beers are available free of charge. Daily housekeeping is also available free of charge on request.
